Welcome to Hoodo! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our vacation rental properties in India. By booking and staying at our properties, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

A valid government-issued ID must be provided at the time of check-in.
Full payment or a deposit must be made at the time of booking as per the payment policy specified.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund. If cancelled after that, a 50% refund will be processed.
No-shows or early check-outs will not be eligible for refunds.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
For Long term stays: A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of check in. If cancelled after that the first 30 days are nonrefundable. Rest of the days will be refunded.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time: 2 pm, Standard check-out time: 11 am.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must follow all house rules provided at check-in.
The property should be used for residential purposes only.
Any damages to the property or its contents will be charged to the guest.

5. Prohibited Activities

No illegal activities, parties, or unauthorized gatherings.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property unless specified.

6. Liability and Indemnity

Hoodo International is not responsible for any loss, injury, or accident that occurs during the stay.
Guests are advised to take necessary precautions for their safety and belongings.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for processing reservations and complying with legal requirements.

8. Force Majeure

Hoodo International Private Limited shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions due to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or any unforeseen circumstances.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian laws, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
